This classroom programme was created in 2012 through the kind support of the Harpur Trust. The materials are based on scientific research undertaken by myself and colleagues at the Centre for Neuroscience in Education at Cambridge University.

The programme was created through a collaboration of academics and musicians from Anglia Ruskin University, the Faculty of Education at Cambridge University and professional musicians.

Since the initiation of the project, the Tune Time programme has run in at least 20 Year 1 classrooms in Bedford.
